I'm a down-to-earth and emancipated business coach and leadership advisor who works at the intersection of clarity, strategy, and human connection. After more than a decade leading teams, delivering tech projects, and navigating fast-growth environments, I now partner with leaders and organizations in building grounded, authentic, and scalable ways of working. My approach is shaped by lived experience across industries, from coordinating HR systems implementation across Europe to fine-tuning a crypto startup, and from managing multi-vendor software development delivery teams to coaching senior professionals and leaders one-on-one. I know what it feels like to lead in uncertainty, juggle cross-cultural dynamics, and push toward ambitious outcomes with limited time, budgets, and energy. Emancipated means I don’t play into titles, jargon, or coaching clichés.
