I work with leadership teams and organizations as a strategic partner, and with individual leaders directly, catalyzing their own transformation and their business's growth.

My career hasn't followed one path but several, deliberately: understanding people, processes, systems, and leadership inside large organizations, then moving into smaller companies to stay close to clients and the market, then leaning back into leadership coaching to work directly with leaders and business teams. Strategy is where this is heading next. I stir things up, on purpose, wherever I land, and I see potential in people and say it out loud.

The people who reach out to me are evolving, in their leadership roles and in how their businesses run. In corporate settings, I lead with value, facts, and ROI: more than 10 years of running projects & delivery, budgets, and client portfolios worth £1–3M a year, plus 500 coaching hours/sessions delivered and 100 clients coached. Outside corporate, leaders and entrepreneurs reach out when the business they're building has outgrown the way they're running it, drive and vision are there, but the structure, decisions, and execution haven't caught up.

This is me: a catalyst by nature, down-to-earth in approach, composed where it counts, tough enough to ask the questions that matter, but kind in how I partner toward the outcome. Don't mistake the composure for containment, though: I'm emancipated enough to burst into new ideas and directions constantly, the way any real catalyst does.

The world is transforming, businesses change constantly, and bringing someone from outside just speeds that up. That's what I do: I catalyze transformation, growth, and the performance that comes from clarity, ownership, and the hard work that follows.
