Leadership teams & organizations in transformation

I join as an embedded partner on a 6 to 9 month intervention, moving the organization from where it stands today to where it needs to go.

How I approach an intervention program: it starts with discovery, mapping where a leadership team or organization actually stands, not where it says it stands. I then join as a strategic partner on a 10-15% allocation, typically over 6 to 9 months, combining leadership workshops with 1:1 coaching to move the organization from its current state to where it needs to go.

That approach comes from more than theory. Across a 10+ year delivery and transformation career, I've done this work directly, inside organizations, under pressure, with real outcomes. Three examples:

Building governance from zero: as Chief of Staff for a confidential crypto startup, built operational governance from scratch in under five months, the structures and decision rights that let a young leadership team actually move.
Leading change through organizational transition: as EMEA HRIS lead at Vertiv (an Emerson Network Power spin-off), one of four Europeans on a global Oracle HCM rollout across 20+ countries, carrying a major system and process change through real organizational transition.
Building trust and structure under pressure: scaled a Middle East fintech and retail banking platform's team, onboarding 45+ people within three months, building the trust and structure a fast-scaling team needed under real time pressure.
Leaders in transition

Confidential, client-led 1:1 coaching in packages of 4 to 6 sessions, change that lands over the following 8 to 9 months.

How I approach 1:1 coaching: powerful, client-led conversations, you set the topic, not me, up to an hour each, online by default, in packages of 4 to 6 sessions. Change doesn't wait for the next session, it shows up in between, and it lands fully over the long run, typically 8 to 9 months, as your mindset and approach actually shift.

Confidentiality is non-negotiable. When a sponsor is involved, you decide what moves forward, not me. And because my own background spans project management, delivery, account management, team development, stakeholder management and client-facing roles, the coaching sits alongside real consulting on the work itself, not just the person doing it.

Individual coaching, Diana Mureșan: a four-session engagement supporting a client's move from a corporate role into entrepreneurship: identity and leadership positioning during the transition. Result: concrete decisions to start an independent business the client "could not even see as possible" a year earlier.

"I made concrete decisions about starting my own business, something I couldn't even see as possible a year ago."
Diana Mureșan, Identity Lab Founder

Teams & audiences, one high-impact session

One workshop or keynote, built to produce something the group or audience can apply the next day.

How I approach a single session, whether it's a workshop or a keynote talk: half a day to full day for a workshop, 120 to 150 minutes for a keynote, built for a specific leadership group with a clear outcome in mind, or for a wider audience with a broader understanding objective in mind. I don't lecture or train, I catalyze observations and learnings from the group and audience's experience and practice.

One session to produce something real the group or audience could apply the next day. Three examples:

A cross-functional group coaching session on leadership in a new working era, Evalueserve Romania: a themed session exploring how leadership is shifting from individual leaders to networked leadership teams, through three lenses (personal branding and identity amid a multi-generational workforce, agility through digital transformation, and intrapreneurial resourcefulness in a gig-economy context). Used group exploration and coaching-game formats to move participants from abstract themes to a personal read on what each trait demands of their own leadership.
A software delivery center's 10-year team anniversary workshop: a half-day, whole-team session built on Appreciative Inquiry, celebrating a decade of the team's work while opening a structured, positive-psychology-based conversation about where the team wants to grow next. Ran through the full arc (recalling core strengths and success stories, envisioning the ideal future five years out, co-designing action plans, closing with individual commitments), producing a shared opportunity map and each participant's own personal commitment to the team's forward growth.
A tech-sector client engagement: one engagement, two formats: a 2-hour, 20-person session on relationship-building in communication, and a half-day, 12-person leadership workshop on leadership and communication. Praised for creating "an open, safe, and authentic space."
